I’m a Principal Product Designer focused on transforming complex systems into intuitive, high-performing digital experiences. I’m known for stepping into unfamiliar and ambiguous domains, quickly making sense of complexity, and helping teams align around a clearer path forward.
Through my studio, Pine Allée Design Co, as well as direct and fractional roles, I partner with startups, agencies, and enterprise teams to design scalable ecosystems across mobile, web, TV, wearable, and operational platforms.
Over the past 12+ years, I’ve led UX for Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups, helping teams align product strategy, user needs, and business goals into experiences that feel clear, useful, and human.

Selected Experience
IONSPORT
As Product Design Director, I helped transform the IONCOURT app from a niche scoring utility into a connected sports ecosystem spanning mobile, smartwatch, TV, and venue experiences. By reframing the experience around fan engagement while protecting mission-critical workflows, we achieved 50%+ user growth within six months.
Chick-fil-A
Led UX transformation efforts for kitchen operations systems used by 250,000+ team members across 2,500+ locations. Improved production speed by 30%, reduced training time by 50%, and lowered operational errors by 40% through accessible, systems-driven design.
Earlier Career
Led and contributed to digital experiences for AT&T, Morgan Stanley, State Farm, Turner Sports, and The Weather Channel across consumer, enterprise, and media platforms.
My work at The Weather Channel contributed to Smarties and OMMA award-winning advertising experiences, and at Turner Sports I partnered with award-winning product, editorial, and marketing teams across the NBA, PGA, NCAA, MLB, and ELEAGUE.
Before Product Design
I started as an athlete and an artist.
Competitive tennis taught me how to think under pressure, adapt quickly, and trust feedback loops. Art taught me curiosity, experimentation, and craft. That combination still shapes how I approach design today. I enjoy solving complex problems where systems, technology, and human behavior intersect.
Beyond Design
Outside of product design, I’m usually spending time with my husband, young son, and our Great Pyrenees.
I love landscape and garden design and have visited botanical gardens around the world for inspiration. I’m also a lifelong gamer who grew up playing games with my older brother and now gets to introduce my son to classics like Zelda on the Nintendo Switch.
Travel, nature, and meeting people from different cultures continue to shape how I think about systems, storytelling, and human connection.
