I’m N. Nicole Beck, a Product Design Director and experience strategist who believes design is most powerful when it creates connection — between people, ideas, and technology. Through my studio – Pine Allée Design Co, as well as staffing companies and direct hire, I help teams and organizations turn complexity into clarity, crafting digital ecosystems that feel intuitive, inclusive, and alive.
With over a decade of experience leading UX and UI across mobile, web, TV, and wearable platforms, I’ve worked at the intersection of design, strategy, and innovation for both Fortune 500s and high-growth startups. My focus is on designing at scale — from vision to execution — and building systems that empower teams to move fast without losing craft or empathy.
Recently, I led design at IONSPORT, where I was recruited by the CEO to redefine the digital experience for racket sports. I guided the design of IONCOURT, a connected app ecosystem that spanned mobile, TV, and smartwatch experiences — driving a 50%+ surge in user growth and becoming the top scoring and data platform in its category. There, I introduced AI-enhanced authentication, built a multi-platform design system, and aligned teams around a shared vision: To create a living ecosystem where every fan feels part of the game — anywhere, anytime.
Before that, I helped transform kitchen operations for Chick-fil-A, improving production efficiency by 30% through accessible, data-informed interface design. Earlier roles at AT&T, Turner Sports, State Farm, and The Weather Channel gave me the chance to design at scale — from global fan experiences to multi-million-dollar ad platforms.
At the heart of my work is a simple principle: good design should feel inevitable — natural, human, and quietly powerful. I’m passionate about mentoring teams, elevating design maturity within organizations, and building products that deliver both utility and delight.
